  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.






Shipping Time



  • Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.






Shipping Rates



  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking



When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your package during delivery.





Incorrect Address



Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:


  • The customer is responsible for additional reshipment costs.






Lost or Stolen Packages



Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Chill’o is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.





Damaged Packages



If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of:


  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number



We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
